Well, first things first, the radio interview at the BBC Nottingham studios went well yesterday! It was great fun, the presenter was a really, friendly guy and kept things informal, which basically made things a whole lot easier (even though I still said “Erm” too much). Questions were basically about general Parkour, safety, attitudes towards parkour and that sort of thing.
Secondly, I’d like to advertise to anyone within the Chilwell or Beeston area of Nottingham, who participate in Parkour. We’re (Mattski, Jak and I) starting a Chilwell Hell Night session on Friday evenings, which is basically aimed at improving your general all-round strength, balance and essencials that will aid you greatly in your Parkour. Sure, the turnout will be nothing like that in Leicester or Nottingham City Center, but I do recommend anyone to come along. Hell, even if you don’t live in Chilwell/Beeston, come along anyway.
